Terms version 2026-10-16.2
Seller: Techsy Yapay Zeka Ve Yazılım Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi, Istanbul, Türkiye.
Draft — needs legal review
This wording has not been checked by a lawyer yet. Open points:
- Consumer withdrawal rights (e.g. EU 14-day right) and the digital-services consent exception
- Whether "no refunds" may be stated without exceptions where local law requires them
- Automatic renewal notice requirements per country/state
These terms cover your use of SkywardOps, the fleet operations software made and sold by Techsy Yapay Zeka Ve Yazılım Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi (Istanbul, Türkiye). By ticking the box at checkout you agree to them and to the Cancellation & refund policy.
1Who the parties are
“We” are Techsy Yapay Zeka Ve Yazılım Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi (“Techsy”), Istanbul, Türkiye, the company that makes and sells SkywardOps. “You” are the business that places the order. The person who places it confirms they may act for that business.
2The service
SkywardOps is web software for planning, running and maintaining a fleet of drones, ground vehicles and robots. You buy modules (Fleet, Missions, Maintenance, Safety, Compliance), the Ops Suite or an industry pack, on a tier set by how many units you operate, and optionally AI features. What each plan includes is listed on the pricing page on the day you order.
3Accounts
You keep sign-in details safe and are responsible for what happens under your workspace. You decide who gets access and at which level, and you remove people who should no longer have it.
4Free trial: 7 days, one per customer
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. At checkout you give your payment details and agree to these terms; nothing is charged that day ($0). The trial gives full access to what you ordered.
On day 7, when the trial ends, your payment method is charged the annual price and the 12-month term starts. To stop before then, cancel the trial in the app under Settings → Modules & billing → Cancel trial. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing and nothing is charged.
Each customer gets one free trial. If you already had one, a new order has no trial: the annual price is charged on the day you order and the 12-month term starts that day. The checkout shows which case applies before you agree.
5Term and payment: 12-month minimum, billed annually
Every plan runs for a minimum of 12 months, starting when the free trial ends (or on the day you order, if you already used your trial). Prices are shown per month, but the full 12-month amount is billed annually, up front, at the start of the term. There is no month-to-month plan. The per-month price is the list price minus 12 %. Prices exclude tax.
6Automatic renewal and how to cancel it
At the end of each term the plan renews for another 12 months at the price then listed, and that year is billed on the renewal date. To stop the next renewal, an owner of the workspace cancels the renewal in the app under Settings → Modules & billing at any time before the renewal date. Cancelling stops the next renewal only; it does not end the current term early.
7No refunds after the trial
Once the annual price has been charged (on day 7 of the trial, or at checkout without a trial), payments are not refunded, in whole or in part, including for unused time, unused modules or a plan you stop using. Details are in the Cancellation & refund policy.
8Acceptable use and flight safety
You use SkywardOps lawfully and only for fleets you are allowed to operate. Responsibility for flight and operating safety stays with you as the operator and your pilots: airspace permissions, pilot certificates, pre-flight checks, weather decisions and the decision to launch. The software supports these decisions; it does not make them for you. Defaults such as the 120 m altitude limit and 20 % battery reserve are not legal advice.
AI features draft suggestions only. They never launch, approve, send commands or sign off maintenance. You review anything they produce before acting on it.
You do not try to break the service’s security, overload it, sell, resell, sublicense or distribute it, offer it to others as a service, or use it to build a competing product. Your subscription is for your own business only.
9Your data
Data you put into SkywardOps stays yours. We process it to run the service for you and do not sell it. When a term ends without renewal, a module steps down as follows: Active: Paid for the current 12-month term. Full access. Grace (7 days): Renewal payment failed. Full access for 7 days. Read-only (to day 30): Everyone can view, nobody can change, launch or command. Locked: Term ended without renewal. Module hidden; data kept for 90 days, then deleted. You can export your data before it is deleted.
10Limits of liability
The service is provided with reasonable care, but without a promise that it is free of faults or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or loss of data, and our total liability in any year is limited to what you paid for that year’s term. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each version has a version date (this one: 2026-10-16.2), and the version you agreed to is stored with your order. Changes apply from your next renewal; we tell workspace owners before the renewal date so you can cancel the renewal if you do not accept them.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless mandatory law where you are based requires otherwise. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul decide any dispute.
