Pay for the modules you run, sized by fleet.
Pick a tier by how many units you operate: Hobby (1 seat, 1 unit), Starter up to 10, Team up to 50, Fleet up to 200. Hobby is paid. There is no free tier. Every price below is per month on a 12-month term, billed annually. It is the list price minus 12 %, the only yearly discount. Bigger savings come from the Ops Suite and the industry packs. No list price is above $290 a month.

How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 1 week free: a 7-day free trial, one per customer. At checkout you add your payment details and agree to the terms, and $0 is charged that day. On day 7 the first annual payment is taken and the 12-month term starts. To stop before then, cancel the trial in the app under Settings → Modules & billing → Cancel trial, and nothing is charged. If you already used a trial, a new order is charged the annual price on the day you place it.
How does billing work?
Prices are shown per month, but every plan is a 12-month minimum term, billed annually up front: on day 7, when the free trial ends. The term renews each year on its renewal date unless you cancel the renewal before then. There is no month-to-month option. The per-month price is the list price minus 12 %, which is the only yearly discount; bigger savings come from the Ops Suite and the industry packs.
Can I get a refund?
No, not after the trial. During the 7-day free trial nothing has been charged, so cancelling the trial costs nothing. Once the first annual payment is taken on day 7, payments are not refunded, including for unused time. You can cancel the renewal at any time before the renewal date (in the app under Settings → Modules & billing); access then runs to the end of the term you paid for.
If a renewal payment fails
Nothing disappears overnight. A module steps down in stages, and your data stays put while you sort it out.

AI models and credits
AI is not tied to one model. Each AI step uses a model of the right kind, and every run is charged in credits, so a dearer model uses more of a plan’s credits. Owners can switch models per step in the app.

Requests are also limited per hour (AI add-on: 20–40; packs: 60–120), so a single module can’t use a month of credits in an afternoon.

Each pack costs less than its modules bought one by one. Instead of an AI allowance per module, a pack’s modules share one AI pool with a monthly token budget, an hourly request limit and a cap on how many AI jobs run at once. Packs are offered on Starter and Team; on Fleet you buy per module.
